Want to see which vehicles are out driving, split a trip, or process it as soon as you've parked? Use Live Tracker.
If one or more vehicles are out driving, it's shown like this, with the number of vehicles that are active and out driving.
How to use Live Tracker
- Select the vehicle you want to view or follow live. If you have access to several vehicles, you can also follow more than one, but they may be locked due to privacy. In that case, a padlock will appear on that vehicle.
Icon explanation:
- Green car
means the vehicle is out driving.
- Yellow P
means the vehicle is parked.
- Red padlock
means you don't have access to see the vehicle's activity due to privacy.

Tap your vehicle, or the one you want to follow.

If the vehicle is out driving, you'll see an image with the map, along with information about how long the trip has lasted, the distance, the driver, and whether the trip is defined as Work/Private and Project, if selected.
- You can also split the trip or end the trip when stopped.
- Split trip if you're making a short stop and want to divide the trip before continuing to drive.
- End trip if you want to end the trip and process it directly in the app.
Once you've tapped, you'll get a message that the trip has been split or ended.
Edit a trip in Live Tracker
Set purpose and project on the trip
Tap Trip type, and select from the list. If you want to select a project, tap Project and select from the list.
Split a trip
Tap Split trip, and wait for a message confirming the trip has been split. Once you've received the message, you can continue the trip. The same applies for End trip.
