Autogear Driver is the driver app with features like Live Tracker, Mileage log and Reporting. This guide takes you through downloading, first login and the overview you'll see in the app.

The first time you log in, you must first log in to the web app and activate your user in Autogear. Once that's done, you can follow the guides below.
About Autogear Driver
Sort your trips exactly the way you want, using the tools available in the app, so you see exactly the trips you're looking for.
One example is the option to filter on trips that are "missing purpose" or "missing project", so you can quickly add a purpose or project and confirm the trips.
Step by step
- Log in with the username (email) and password you use to log in to the web solution. You'll also be prompted to enter a PIN code, and repeat it, to activate biometric authentication.
- Once you've logged in, you'll also be asked to grant some permissions so the app works as well as possible. Allow notifications, as well as location, to get the most out of the app.
- Trips: When you log in, you'll see an overview of all unprocessed trips where you're registered as the driver. The default period shown is "Last 30 days". You can change this as you wish.
- You can also sort trips with Filter
. By default, Unprocessed trips and Driver (you) are selected. You can also sort further by trip, status, project and vehicle (if you have access to several).
- If you want to add a trip/trips manually or change the order in which trips are displayed in the app, tap Menu
