Driver check-in in the Driver app lets a driver check in when using a company vehicle.
When should I use driver check-in?
If you have drivers who share a vehicle, but don't borrow it daily.
How to check in
- Log in to Autogear Driver.
- Go to Live Tracker.
- Tap Check-in.
- Choose how long you want to book the vehicle for.
- Select vehicle.
- Set driver status.
- Tap Check-in.
Finished with the vehicle earlier than planned?
Tap the check-in window and check out.
Need to book the vehicle for longer than first selected?
- Tap the check-in window.
- Go to Duration, and extend using the wheel.
