With two-factor authentication (2FA) and biometric login, you secure your account better — while also making your daily login faster.
What is 2FA, and why should you enable it?
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an extra security mechanism that protects your account beyond just the password. By enabling 2FA, you must confirm your login with a one-time code from an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator. This makes it far harder for unauthorized parties to access your account, even if your password were to become known.

If it's not possible to scan the QR code, tap Copy code and tap Google Authenticator to enter the code — download it first if you don't already have it — and enter the number sequence that appears into the Driver app.
Biometric authentication 🧑🏻👈🏻
You can enable biometric authentication for an even simpler and faster login.
How to enable it
- Log in with username and password.
- Enter the PIN code you want to use, and repeat the PIN code. - If you have biometric authentication enabled on your phone, you'll be asked whether you want to use it.
- You're logged in!
Change PIN code or turn Face ID/fingerprint on or off
- Go to Account and Use PIN code, Face ID or fingerprint.
- Make changes as desired.
