Tripletex Project: Create a product in Tripletex

The Tripletex Project integration lets you sync your Tripletex projects to Autogear, so you can add them to your trips. You can then create an Autogear project report that you sync against Tripletex Project. Your driving is then added as order lines linked to a product, on each project used.

Quick guide

  1. Activate the integration with a user key from Tripletex (one-time setup).
  2. Create a product in Tripletex (one-time setup).
  3. Sync the projects to Autogear (as needed).
  4. Add projects to trips in Autogear (on relevant trips).
  5. Create a project report and sync it with Tripletex (as needed).

Create a product for driving in Tripletex

Go to Tripletex and create the product you want your driving to be linked to.

You can name the product whatever you like, such as «Kjøring», «Bilbruk» or similar.

The amount that's used

When exporting from Autogear to Tripletex, the amount from Autogear is used.

What happens when the rate «Jobb – varebil kl. 2» gives NOK 0?

You can set an «Innkjøpspris eks. mva» on the product in Tripletex. This works as a price per km — the number of km you export from Autogear is multiplied by the price you set on the product. This is only used when the amount in Autogear is NOK 0.

Here's how: Click into the product in Tripletex and scroll down to Prisinformasjon. The amount is 0 by default, but you can change it yourself, e.g. to 3.50 as shown in the example.

Create a custom rate in Autogear if you want a higher amount than the standard rates.

Once the product is created in Tripletex, connect it to Autogear under app.autogear.com/dashboard/tripletexauth.

Sync your Tripletex projects to Autogear

Go to app.autogear.com/dashboard/projects and click the Synkroniser button to fetch your Tripletex projects into Autogear.

Reporting and export to Tripletex

Build the report as you like at app.autogear.com/dashboard/project-report and click Forhåndsvisning. Then click the Eksportér button at the bottom right to sync the figures to Tripletex.

At app.autogear.com/dashboard/exports you can download a PDF with the details, or delete the export to send the trips again.
