Fully approved trips can be reported. You create your report by tapping the Report icon in the menu.

How to report trips

  1. Confirmed trips are grouped by month under the tab NOT SUBMITTED. Tap Submit, and you'll get a confirmation that the report has been saved.

  1. The claim then moves to SUBMITTED. Here you'll also get an overview of completed reports.

  1. Once the claim has been paid out, you can move it to COMPLETED — or, if you have an approver, the claim is moved to COMPLETED once it's been approved.

Create a custom report

  1. Tap the Menu in the top right and +Create custom report.

  1. Select the period you want to create a report for. Here, Custom period has been selected.

  1. Give the report a name.

  1. Review the trips that match the period, and tap Create.

  1. Check off the options you want. Here, the option to send the report to Visma and send a copy by email has been checked.

  1. The report has been submitted, and you'll get a confirmation at the bottom: The report was created.

Report settings

If you'd like, you can set up a default sorting and sending for your reports.

  1. Tap Menu and Report settings.
  2. Select Default period, e.g. monthly.
  3. If you have an approver, it will show here. This isn't editable in the app.
