With the Nettlønn extension, pay codes from Nettlønn are set automatically in Autogear, along with a dedicated file export for the payroll run in Excel format. The file is ready to be imported into Nettlønn and adds all relevant information to your next payroll run.
How to do it
1. Activate the extension
- Log in to Autogear and go to app.autogear.com/dashboard/nettlonn.
- Click Aktivér.
2. Choose pay type
As part of the activation, you're asked about pay type. If you click Bruk standard, the system automatically adds all of Nettlønn's standard pay types. If your company uses other pay types, you can choose Lag mine egne under app.autogear.com/dashboard/paycodes.
3. Create a payroll file
When creating a payroll file in Autogear, you now get the option to download it in Nettlønn format. See How to create a payroll report.
Remember this! A company registration number is required to get a complete and functional file for Nettlønn. You enter this under Account settings. You enter the employee number under User list.
