The Licenses and units tab shows which licenses are active on the unit, and which tracking units (GPS, Tag) are connected to it. You'll find it as the fifth tab in the detail card.
Active licenses
Here you see the licenses that are active on the unit — for example Business, Engine, Basic or Asset. For each license you see:
- License type and color mark
- Start date, and any end date
A unit can have several licenses at the same time — one active license per category. A vehicle can, for example, have both Business (driving log and fleet management) and Engine (machine hours). Read more in Inventory: Licenses.
Connected tracking units
Below the licenses you see the tracking units connected to the unit — for example a GPS in a car or an Autogear Tag on a tool. It is the link between the physical device (hardware) and the entry in Inventory that ensures position, trips and activity end up on the right unit.
