The Inventory overview gives you full control over all units on your account. Here you filter, search and switch views.
Category tabs
At the top of Inventory you'll find five tabs:

| All | Your entire asset portfolio |
| Vehicles | All vehicles connected to the account |
| Tools | Tools tracked with an Autogear Tag |
| Machines | Machines with Engine or Asset |
| Other | Trailers, containers and other equipment |
The number in parentheses shows how many units are in the category.
Search
Use the search field at the top to find a unit by:
- Name — nickname or make designation
- ID — internal ID or serial number
- Registration number — for vehicles
List view
List view is the default view and shows these columns:

| Activity | Number of documents, notes and alerts |

Click a row to open the detail card.
Card view
Card view gives a more visual overview — useful when the images are up to date. Click a card to open the detail card.
Switching views
Click the icon in the top right to switch between list, card and map view. Map view shows the units with a known position on a map. Your choice is remembered the next time you open Inventory.
Status: active and inactive
A unit can have the status Active or Inactive. Inactive units are hidden by default. Use the status filter to show them.
