Unless otherwise agreed, we use the following standard setup when setting up a new customer. Below you'll find the values we use for account, license, working hours and privacy.
Account name
Company name.
Vehicle name
Vehicle registration number.
Working hours rule
By default, business driving is set to 07:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. Driving outside this window is then automatically marked as private.
Privacy — trips
- For mileage allowance: Maximum
- All other: Strict
Privacy — real-time view on the map
- Without a fixed driver on a vehicle, the vehicle is always visible on the fleet map.
- With a fixed driver on a vehicle, the vehicle is always hidden on the fleet map.
