Set up a project to automatically be added to trips for one or more users within a chosen period — for example when someone should only drive to one project for a week or more.
How to set it up:
- Go to Settings → Rules.
- Find Project automation in the list and expand it.
- Click + Create rule.
- Choose the project, which cars it should apply to, and the period.
- Save.
There is no limit on the number of rules. Check that rules don't overlap each other. The overview also shows when the rule was created and by whom.
