Project rule makes it mandatory to add a project on all work trips before they can be confirmed. It ensures that driving is correctly tagged and invoiced when re-invoicing on projects.
How to set it up:
- Go to Settings → Rules.
- Find Project rule in the list and expand it.
- Choose whether it should apply to all or selected users.
- Save.
Use this together with Project automation for a combined handling of trips. The rule does not affect private trips.
