Need to change the driver or vehicle on a license? You do this under Licenses.
How to change a fixed driver or fixed vehicle
- Go to Account – Licenses.
- Find the license you want to change.
- Click the pen icon to the right of the license you want to change.
- Find Fixed driver or Fixed vehicle in the window, and change to a new driver or vehicle.
- Click Save.
Remember to also change the license name if it still has the old registration number or the previous driver as its name.
Tips and important notes
When you change the fixed driver, the previous driver loses access to the mileage log, but can still see their own trips.
