What is a Team?
By placing users in Teams, you can use this in several places in the mileage log. The most central right now are when setting up Approval and access to inventory.
Members of a Team are always one or more of the users on the account. Organizing Teams can be based on, for example, geographic location, or areas of responsibility. Such as "Oslo Department", or "Payroll employee". A user can be a member of several Teams.
Autogear's Team setup is very flexible, and gives full flexibility to create the structure you want. You can, for example, place one or more Teams as part of a new Team.
Create a Team
- Go to Account - Users and Teams
- Click the Team tab
- Then click + Add team, give it a name and add roles or names that should be in the team.
- Save
Set a name for the Team and add users from the list.
Use Teams for inventory access
Teams can also be used when setting up access to one or more elements in the inventory.
