The Occasional use report gives an overview of days drivers have registered using a company car for private errands. This lets you keep track of whether they've exceeded the limit of up to 10 days per year, before taxation is triggered.
When should I use the Occasional use report?
When you want an overview of which drivers have registered using the company car for private trips, and how many days. This way you can notify someone approaching the limit, or consider whether it's relevant for the drivers to switch to being taxed according to the Norwegian Tax Administration's mileage rate.
How to generate the report
- Choose the period.
- Choose the driver or drivers you want to see.
- Click Preview.
