Is it possible to set up notifications for Leasing and Service intervals?
You can easily configure notifications sent to your email when a vehicle is approaching the limit for service, whether based on mileage, time for service, or both.
This gives you the opportunity to plan maintenance well in advance and avoid unnecessary downtime👍
In addition, you can create notifications for leasing intervals. This gives you the opportunity to receive messages when a vehicle is approaching the mileage limit or renewal date, giving you the opportunity to negotiate better terms and avoid expensive extra costs.
This feature is available for all vehicles in your fleet, and it is easy to configure in the vehicle overview.
Procedure
- Go to Account in the menu on the left and select vehicles
- Find the car you want to create a notification for
- Go to the column for Leasing or Service interval and click Add
- Enter the number of km on your leasing agreement and the expiry date of the agreement, and click Add
- If the agreement is renewed, you can update the notification
Notifications are sent out when you are 1000 km from the entered number or 30 days before the date. A new notification comes when the mileage is passed or the date is reached. To ensure notifications are accurate, we strongly recommend that you regularly update the mileage on your vehicles. This will help optimize maintenance planning and reduce unforeseen operational disruptions.
