The project report gives you key figures in PDF or Excel format, as well as a separate trip report in PDF containing all the details of the trips being reported on.
How to build a project report
- Go to https://app.autogear.com/dashboard/project-report.
- Choose the project to report on.
- Choose drivers and rates. If you leave these untouched as "Select", it works as if everything is selected.
- Click Preview to see the report on screen, or download it directly as Excel or PDF.
Report format
The report contains the key figures per project.
If there are different rates, drivers or cost types (driving or toll crossings), separate lines with a breakdown of these will appear.
If you tick off for a separate PDF with all the details, you get, in addition to the key figures, a separate trip report in PDF format. It contains all the details of the trips and can be used as a supporting document.
