Troubleshooting
I'm not getting any trips even though everything is entered correctly
This may mean the driver hasn't reported any private trips in the period.
Check whether the trip has already been reported. Untick "Exclude trips from completed reports" and try again.
I've completed a report, but want to create a new one with more trips over a longer period. How do I do that?
Go to Completed reports and click Delete. This frees up the trips already reported. Go back to the report page and create a new report.
