Fill in the order form for a new administrator.
Only give administrator access to those who need it. An administrator has access to all data in the account, including personal data about your employees, such as trips, positions and mileage logs. Consider what the person actually needs, and whether a more limited role is enough.
Who can order
The order must come from a person with signing authority or power of procuration (prokura) for the company, such as the CEO or chair of the board. We check the role in the Register of Business Enterprises (Enhetsregisteret) before we create the administrator.
We do this to make sure it really is you granting access to the account, and not someone without authority.

What happens next
- We check that the person ordering has signing authority or power of procuration.
- We create the administrator and send an invitation to the email address you provided.
- You get an email confirmation when the access is ready.
An administrator can, among other things, add users, change settings and terminate the agreement on behalf of the company.
