Maskinregisteret: The Maskinregisteret tab on the machine card

Updated Stefan Jacobsen

Every machine linked to Maskinregisteret gets its own Maskinregisteret tab on the machine card in Inventory. Here you see everything the register knows about the machine, gathered alongside finance, documents and GPS position.

What data is fetched from the register?

  • Identity: registration number, serial number and identification mark
  • Machine data: category, make, model, model year and emission class
  • Engine hours: latest registered engine hours, with date and source
  • Ownership: which companies are currently registered as owner, user and lessor, with org. no.

Fields that come from the register are marked with their source and the time of the last update. They can't be edited in Autogear. Your own fields in Inventory are never overwritten by the register.

Expert inspection

For each machine, you see the latest expert inspection (sakkyndig kontroll), the result, the most serious deviation and when the next inspection is due. Earth-moving machines over 15 kW, cranes and trucks must, as a general rule, be inspected every 12 months.

Inspection reports and CE documents

Inspection reports and the CE declaration of conformity from the register are automatically added to the machine's document archive. The documents are locked, so they always match the register.

How often is the data updated?

The data is updated automatically every morning. Need fresh data right away? Tap Update now (Oppdater nå) on the machine.

The integration only fetches data from the register. Autogear sends nothing back. You make changes to the register as before, with Sentralregisteret or the machine's supplier.

The machine on the map and on projects

The register data shows what the machine is, who owns it and when it was last inspected. With GPS as an add-on service from Autogear (Asset, Engine or Tag), you also see the machine on the map together with your cars, you get actual operating hours with Engine, and geofences automatically link usage to the right project.
