Get an email before the next expert inspection is due, so no machine misses the deadline. The date comes from Maskinregisteret, so you don't need to enter anything yourself. The reminders apply to machines linked to Maskinregisteret.
Choose when the reminder is sent
You can choose one or more times:
- 30 days before
- 7 days before
- On the due date — the same day as the deadline
Reminders are sent in the morning.
Turn on reminders for one machine
- Open the machine in Inventory and go to the Machine Register tab.
- Under Expert inspection reminders, choose when the reminder is sent.
- Click Save reminders.
Turn on reminders for several machines
- Go to Inventory and select the machines in the list.
- Click Edit selected and choose Expert inspection reminders.
- Choose when the reminder is sent, and save.
The reminders are only saved for the selected machines that are linked to Maskinregisteret. Other items are skipped.
Choose who gets the reminder
Recipients are chosen for the whole account, not per machine.
- Click Choose recipients in the reminder card. You're taken to Notifications, where the notification Expert inspection for machines (Maskinregisteret) is highlighted.
- Turn the notification on if it isn't active, and choose recipients. You can choose users, roles or groups. A role or group covers all active users in it.
Users without an email address don't get the reminder. If the notification has no recipients, Notifications shows a warning.
See the deadlines in the Inventory list
On the Machines tab in Inventory, the Next expert inspection column shows the deadline for each linked machine. Deadlines that have passed or are due within 30 days are highlighted, and the attention column on the All tab shows Expert inspection.
