Where is the package delivered?
The package is usually delivered to your mailbox. If the mailbox is full, the package goes to the nearest pick-up point.
The package has not arrived
- Check your mailbox and the nearest pick-up point.
- If the delivery time has passed, contact customer service. State your company name and when you ordered.
