If you have problems with projects or project costs from the Tripletex integration, go through the points below. Also see Tripletex: Troubleshooting for problems with the connection itself.
Projects aren't coming into Autogear
- Check that the Projects data flow is turned on under Setup › Integrations › Tripletex, and see when the next import happens.
- Check that the token has access to projects for the whole company. Open the token in Tripletex and check that the Project box is ticked for «Hele selskapet» (the whole company).
How to open the token in Tripletex: Select Selskap → Ansatte → your own user in the left-hand menu, then Mer → API-tilgang, and click the name of the token.
Project costs are skipped
The preview and the log show why a cost wasn't sent:

| No product mapped | The rate isn't mapped to a product. | Map the rate under Map products. |
| Product not found in Tripletex | The product has been deleted in Tripletex. | Choose another product under Map products. |
| Product is inactive in Tripletex | The product has been deactivated in Tripletex. | Activate the product in Tripletex, or choose another one. |
Trips without a project aren't included in the project costs. Check that the trips have a Tripletex project.
