Tripletex: Submit claims to Tripletex

Once the integration is set up, you can send your trips from Autogear to Tripletex as fully completed claims.

Which trips you can send

• All trips in Confirmed trips with the mileage allowance rates:
• Jobb – egen bil
• Jobb – egen bil skattefri sats

Which trips you cannot send

• Variable company car taxation
• Varebil kl. 2 – privat and varebil kl. 2 – yrkeskjøring
• Company-owned car
• Jobb og privat
• Custom rate

How to send trips

1. Go to app.autogear.com/dashboard/outbox.
2. Add one or more trips and follow the wizard.
3. Select Send til Tripletex.
4. When you click Lag krav, the trips are sent to Tripletex.

Where the trips appear in Tripletex

The trips appear in Reiser og utlegg. All the trips in the screenshot below have been sent from Confirmed trips in Autogear.

Tripletex shows separate lines for extras, such as «Frakt av utstyr» etc.

Resending trips to Tripletex

Trips that have been sent to Tripletex have a Tripletex label and cannot be sent again until the label is removed.

Here's how to resend:

1. Delete the trips from Tripletex. Duplicates are not allowed.
2. Cancel the claim under Valg. The trips are sent back to Lag krav and can be sent again.
