As a project manager, you need full control over the driving associated with your projects. With Autogear you can easily link each trip to a specific project. This gives you an overview of the costs for each project through a dedicated report.
How trips get a project
1. Automatically from a place
Add the project to a place under Fleet › Setup and analysis › Places, with the Set project automation. Trips that end at the place get the project. See Places.
You can also open the project and select the Zones tab and Add zone.
2. Fixed project on units
If one or more units will drive for one project for a period, wherever the trips end:
- Go to Setup › Triplog › Projects and open the project.
- Select the Units tab and Add units.
- Choose the units and the period, and save.
A fixed project wins over the place the trip ends at. A unit can only have one fixed project in the same period.
3. Adding manually
Add a project to trips in the inbox.
