With the Maskinregisteret integration, Autogear pulls data about your construction machines straight into Inventory: machine data, ownership, engine hours and expert inspections. The data is updated automatically every morning, so you don't have to type anything in.
Before you start
- You have an Autogear account with a license.
- You have an API key and API secret from Sentralregisteret. If you don't have them, see Order an API key.
- You're the account owner or an administrator.
How to activate the integration
- Log in to Autogear and go to Settings › Integrations › Machine Register (Maskinregisteret).
- Read the price and terms, and tick I accept the price on behalf of the company.
- Paste in the API key and API secret from the email from Sentralregisteret.
- Click Connect.
Autogear checks the key and the organisation number against Maskinregisteret before the key is stored encrypted. When everything is in order, the integration shows the status Connected. If Maskinregisteret doesn't accept the key, you're told, and nothing is saved.
Price and billing
- NOK 2,990 setup fee, on the first invoice, excl. VAT.
- NOK 19 per linked machine per month, excl. VAT.
- Billed annually. Machines you link later are prorated to the common renewal date.
- Comes in addition to any GPS license on the same machine.
Status on the integration page
When the integration is connected, you see the number of linked machines, how many are out of date, when the data was last synced, and the next renewal. From here you can also:
- Import machines — bring the machines from the register into Inventory. See Import your machines.
- Sync now — update all linked machines right away, instead of waiting until the next morning.
Disconnect the integration
Click Disconnect under Disconnect Maskinregisteret. The key is deleted and syncing stops. Linked machines, history and documents stay in Inventory.
