Trips: Edit multiple trips

Updated Stefan Jacobsen

If many trips need the same change — for example purpose, project, rate, driver or confirmation — you can change them all at once instead of one by one.

Always check the filter, period, vehicle and number of selected trips before you save. A wrong filter is the most common reason more trips are changed than you intended.

How to edit multiple trips

  1. Go to Trips.
  2. Use Filter to narrow down the trips — for example period, vehicle, driver or status.
  3. Tick the trips on the left edge of each row.
  4. Choose what to do in the action menu at the top, for example confirm the trips.
  5. Check that the number of selected trips is correct, and confirm.

The change applies immediately to all selected trips.

Good to know

  • Trips that are already confirmed are not included, unless you undo the confirmation.
  • Editing multiple trips follows the same access control as other trip editing. Deleting requires separate access — see Trips: Delete trips.
  • If you have access to several vehicles, you can edit trips across them.

I changed the wrong trips

Find the affected trips with the filter, and correct the change on each trip.
