Maskinregisteret: Import your machines

Updated Stefan Jacobsen

Once the integration is activated, you can bring all the machines your company has access to in Maskinregisteret into Inventory in one go.

How to import your machine fleet

  1. Start the import from the Maskinregisteret integration in Autogear.
  2. Autogear fetches all registered machines and suggests matches against the machines you already have in Inventory.
  3. For each machine, pick one of three options: - Link to match (Koble til treffet) — the machine already exists in Inventory. The register data is added to the existing unit. - Create in Inventory (Opprett i Inventory) — the machine is new in Autogear and is created as a new unit. - Skip (Hopp over) — the machine isn't brought in now.

After the import, the register data is on the machine card, in the Maskinregisteret tab. See The Maskinregisteret tab on the machine card.

The same machine can only be linked once. Choose «Link to match» when the machine is already in Inventory, so you avoid duplicates.

Which machines can be linked?

Machines that are registered in Maskinregisteret, and that your company has access to in the register. Machines that aren't in the register, you add to Inventory as usual. See Add a unit.

What does it cost?

Each linked machine costs NOK 19 per month, excl. VAT. The setup fee of NOK 2,990 excl. VAT is only invoiced when you link the first machine. Machines you skip cost nothing.
